These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by AutoShineDenver (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking services, or interacting with us online or via SMS, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

A. Personal Information

By accessing our website or booking services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian

  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions

  • Have reviewed and accepted our Privacy Policy

2. Service Bookings

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicle before service.

  • Estimated service times may vary based on vehicle condition and size.

  • We may assign independent contractors and reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to weather, equipment failure, or staffing availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. SMS Communication (A2P 10DLC Clause)

By providing your mobile phone number and booking our services, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates and follow-ups

  • Promotional offers and seasonal discounts (optional)

Message frequency may vary.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe or contact us directly.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles, contents, or customer property during service.

  • We are not liable for battery discharge, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

  • Service appointments are subject to final approval. We may cancel any service request at our discretion.

5. Cancellations & Deposits

  • 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any booking.

  • The 15% deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of your appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of deposit.

  • Failure to be present at the time/location of service also results in forfeiture.

6. Service Guarantee

If a service was not completed as agreed or done improperly:

  • You may request a redo within 48 hours of service

  • You must provide photo evidence of the unsatisfactory area within 24 hours of your claim

  • If a redo is refused, refunds are limited to 20% of the service cost

NOTE: Any cleaning or repair of the vehicle by a third party before we assess your concern voids the guarantee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, video, logos, layout, and branding—is the property of AutoShineDenver or its partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Lost profits, lost data, or lost business

  • Website errors, service delays, or third-party issues

Use of our website and services is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Denver, CO, USA.
